Health Coaching at 3 Body Wellness combines nervous system training, circadian rhythm optimization, and stress-response techniques to restore balance at the root. I help clients naturally regulate hormones, improve resilience, and navigate complex autoimmune journeys with clarity—bridging communication between multiple practitioners while creating a cohesive, personalized plan for lasting mind-body equilibrium.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage uses rhythmic techniques on key lymph areas to encourage fluid movement, reduce inflammation, and clear metabolic waste. By gently stimulating the lymphatic pathways and promoting circulation, this modality supports immune function, calms the nervous system, and eases swelling or stagnation.  

Parasympathetic Breathwork

Parasympathetic breathwork uses slow, intentional breathing patterns to downshift the nervous system and interrupt chronic stress loops. By extending the exhale and engaging the vagus nerve, it improves heart-rate variability, calms inflammation, supports digestion, and restores the body’s natural capacity for regulation and deep physiological ease.

Vagus Nerve Stimulation

Vagus nerve stimulation delivers low-frequency microcurrent of 2.5 Hz to activate the body’s parasympathetic “rest and digest” response. By targeting vagus nerve access points, this non-invasive treatment helps regulate stress, reduce inflammation and support digestion, mood and heart rate variability (HRV).
